Resonance (Kota) student secures 2nd place at International History Olympiad

KOTA. Nikhil Jain of Resonance Institute Kota secured the second
position in the International History Olympiad conducted by the City Montessori
School (CMS) in Lucknow.

The City Montessori School
(CMS) of Lucknow is renowned for the International level competitions it
conducts. The 4th International History Olympiad was
conducted from 10th August
to 14 August 2015.

International History Olympiad (IHO) was conducted in three rounds.

Nilesh Gupta, Head of programme, Resonance Eduventures Private
Limited, Kota, said, “The first round was a written round and in this 8 international
schools participated along with many national and local schools. Around 500
students participated from 70 different schools against whom Nikhil Jain
competed,”

Out of this, 45 students were selected for the second round which
was an Audio & Visual round. “3 Students Ankit Yadav, Nikhil Jain and Suhas
Jain from Resonance were selected.” added Nilesh Gupta.

Out of this 10 students were selected for the finale which was
the quiz round and Nikhil Jain was one among them. He put up a good competition
and secured the second place. Resonance was also awarded the “Best Groomed
Schools” award during the event.
