Introduction:
SSC (Staff Selection Commission) conducts the CHSL exam for the recruitment of candidates for the posts of Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants, Lower Divisional Clerk, Court Clerk, and Data entry operator for the various ministries and departments in the government of India. The vacancies for the above-mentioned posts are 3259 as of the whole.

Eligibility Criteria:
The candidates should fulfil the following eligibility before applying for the exam of SSC CHSL 2019 exam. They are as follows:
- Age limit:
The age must be 18 to 27 years as on August 1, 2019.
- Educational qualification:
The candidates must have cleared or appearing classes 12 or its equivalent from a recognized educational board or university.

Typing test:
The typing speed of 35 words per minute is required for English. And for Hindi 30 words per minute is compulsory. The typing exam is applicable for sorting or postal assistance, lower divisional clerk, and court clerk.
Skill test:
Data entry speed of 8000 words key depressions per hour on the personal computer. This test is conducted for the data entry operator post.
SSC CHSL Admit card 2019:
The candidates who have applied for the exam of SSC CHSL can download the admit card by following the instructions given:
- Click on the SSC CHSL 2019 admit card Tier 1 on the home page.
- Enter the required details that are needed.
- Click on the submit button.
- Then admit card of SSC CHSL 2019 will be displayed on the screen.
- Save and take a print out of the SSC CHSL admit card for future reference.
The candidates are advised to take the admit card with them during the time of the exam. Without the admit card the candidates will not be permitted to write the exam of SSC CHSL 2019.
