TNPSC, also known as Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, has now released the grades for the exam which was conducted. The Combined Engineering Services (CES) is an exam which is conducted every year by TNPSC to provide students who complete their engineering courses jobs in the public sector.
This includes various governmental jobs which help in welfare of the people. Those candidates who are eligible and had applied for the exam can now check their grades on the official website of TNPSC.
The application for the exam had started on the 29th of May 2019 while it ended on 28th of June 2019. TNPSC Combined Engineering Services Examination was held on 10th of August 2019. This exam was held in two sessions. All those candidates whose names have been put up in the merit list and have been called in for the certificate verification can now upload a scanned copy of the documents in support of the claims made in their online application form.
This uploading can be done between 20th of November 2019 to 29th of November 2019.
The candidates who fail to upload any kind of important document within the allotted time period will result in their rejection of admission to the next stage, and their online application will also get removed from the list.
It is to be noted that the document which is to be uploaded should be done via online format. The e-Seva centres will also give information about the same which is given on the official website. Candidates can take a look at it for more information. The commission is soon going to release the details about the documents and will also send it to the candidates via SMS or E-mail mode.
There will be no individual communication between the candidate and the commission in this regard by post.
This exam which was conducted aims to fill in 695 vacancies. The vacancies are available for the posts of Assistant Engineer and Junior Architect. The selection of the candidates will be made solely based on the online written exam which is the Combined Engineering Services Exam and an oral test which will be conducted.
It is to be noted that those candidates who cannot be present for the viva test will not be eligible for further selection processes and will be removed from the list no matter if the candidate has already scored qualifying marks in the exam.
The steps to download the result can be given as follows:
- Step 1: Visit the official website: tnpsc.gov.in
- Step 2: The home page will be displayed
- Step 3: On the left side of the home page, check for the result category and click on it.
- Step 4: Check for a notification displaying TNPSC Combined Engineering Services Exam Result 2019.
- Step 5: Click on Login and enter the details which are necessary which includes the registration number and the password
- Step 6: Click on the submit button
- Step 7: The exam result will be displayed, and the candidates can download the result in any of the preferred formats.
