UPSC CDS 2 2016: Expected cut off marks, check here

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the Combined Defence Service (CDS) written examination on October 23, 2016 at 41 centers across the nation. UPSC is expected to release the CDS 2 2016 Cutoff for the October 23 written exam in July 2017. However, the expected cutoff based on the difficulty level of the exam is as follows.

Combined Defence Service Examination 2 2016 expected cut off.

  • Indian Naval Academy – 100-105 marks
  • Indian Military Academy – 105-115 marks
  • Indian Air Force – 130-140 marks
  • Officers Training Academy(Men) – 90-100 marks
  • Officers Training Academy(Women)- 90-100 marks

UPSC CDS II 2015 official cut off

  • IMA – 105 marks (i.e. 35%)
  • INA  – 99 marks (i.e. 33%) 227
  • AFA  – 138 marks (i.e. 46%) 269
  • OTA (Men) – 84 marks (i.e. 42%) 166
  • OTA (Women) – 84 marks (i.e. 42%) 170

UPSC Conducted the CDS 2 2016 exam for a total of 413 vacancies for Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun, Officers’ Training Academy (OTA), Chennai (Men and Women), Air Force Academy, Hyderabad, and Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala. 

As per the tentative schedule, UPSC is expected to declare the results in January 2017.
