UPSC Prelims 2016 results declared, Check PaGaLGuY to know whether you qualified for the Mains

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results for Civil Services Preliminary examination 2016, today on September 16, 2016. Candidates can check their result here.

If your role number appears in the UPSC Prelims 2016  result declared today, follow these steps:

  • Register yourself on  UPSC website’s link to Detailed Application Form (DAF) ( to be uploaded shortly).
  • All qualified candidates will have to fill (DAF) and submit it ONLINE. The DAF will be available on UPSC’s website from October, 7, 2016 to October 20, 2016 (6 P.M)
  • The results have been declared in a record time of 35 days. In 2015, the result were declared in 55 days. UPSC CSE Mains 2016 will be held from December 3, 2016 onwards.

The Union Public Service Commission have a Facilitation Counter near the Examination Hall Building in its Campus at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi. Candidates may obtain any information/clarification regarding their result of the above mentioned examination on all working days between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM, in person or on Tel. No. 011-23385271, 011-23098543 or 011-23381125 from this Facilitation Counter.

The e-Admit card along with the time table of the Main Examination will be uploaded on the Commission’s Website to the eligible candidates about 2 weeks before the commencement of the examination.
