The programme which is designed for mid-level working executives from across the globe will start from November 2012. It will be conducted in six modules spread over 15 months by faculty from both XLRI and Case Western University. The class size in the beginning will be around 50 and the total fee for the new programme will be $35,000.
Weatherhead’s dean Dr Mohan Reddy told mediapersons that the programme was designed for professionals from all management functional areas, provided they had at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
While four out of the six modules will be held in India, two will be held in back-to-back sessions over a fortnight at the Case Western campus at Cleveland. The modules will be spaced flexibly apart to complement the busy schedules of executives, the collaborating institutes informed.
