ATMA Cutoff

The ATMA cut-off is the minimum marks that are required to be cleared by any candidate to get admission into any management. Students should perform better if they want to get into any college which needs higher ATMA cut-off. To get an idea of the cut-off of a particular college, students should go through the previous scores. But it should be noted that the cut-off would vary from exam to exam. Previous year cut-offs will give only the rough idea.

Cut-offs would be generally based on the availability of the seats, the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the level of difficulty of the question paper etc. It should be noted that there is no cut-off based on category as the reservation policy is not applicable to this exam. Once the results are announced, every institute which accepts ATMA Scores will publish the cut-off.

Candidates with such cut-offs would be selected for the next round of selection by the institutes concerned. Usually, Cut-offs would be from 70-150. Selected candidates had to participate in group discussions, Written ability test, and personal interview. Group discussions are done on varied topics and evaluated based on different criteria framed by the institutes. Candidates need to perform well in these rounds to get the admissions. Students should not take these rounds lightly and they need to practise well before the actual performance.

Candidates should bring all the necessary documents during the selection rounds. Only those students who have cleared all the rounds successfully will be chosen for the final admission. Cut-offs of some of the leading universities which are accepting ATMA scores are given in the following table:
