| Bachelor of Construction Technology (BCT) | Eligibility – Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology/ Biology/Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship (Any of the three). Obtained at least 45% marks in the above subjects taken together. | Marks obtained in the qualifying exam and JEE Main. |
| Bachelor of Urban Design (BUD) | Eligibility – 10+2 with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics & also 50% aggregate for all subjects or 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks | Marks obtained in the qualifying exam and NATA exam. The merit will be prepared by the CEPT University. |
