IIM Kashipur Placements 2022

IIM Kashipur maintains a good placement record every year. The final placement report for the MBA batch of 2022 has been released. According to the report, there was a participation of 150+ recruiters which is 26.6% higher than the previous year. Major recruiters included Virtusa, Flipkart, GEP, HP, Loreal, Accenture, Deloitte, Adani Wilmar, EY, Dell, Cognizant & many more.

During the placement drive, the highest salary package offered was INR 28.82 LPA. Average salary increased by 8.256% & median salary increased by 16.5% approximately as compared to the last year. The average & median salary stood at INR 15.21 LPA & 14.82 LPA respectively.

This year, 322 students participated in the placement drive. A total of 365 job offers were received. The number of PPO/PPIs increased by 47%. 

IIM Kashipur has also released its 2022 summer internship placement report. According to the report, the highest stipend of INR 3.30 Lakhs per month was recorded. Students received an average stipend of INR 80.64 K per month which increased by 10% as compared to the last year.

During IIM Kashipur Placements 2022, the highest salary package offered was INR 28.82 LPA. Students received an average salary of 15.21 LPA & median salary stood at INR 14.28 LPA. The average salary stood at INR 23.44 LPA for the top 10%, INR 21.51 LPA for the top 20% & INR 20.06 LPA for the top 30%.

There was a participation of 150+ recruiters, among which, 60+ were new recruiters. Some of the major recruiters were Vitrtusa, Flipkart, GEP, HP, Loreal, Accenture, Deloitte, Adani Wilmar, EY, Dell, Cognizant. 

The recruiters made a total of 365 placement offers. 53 PPO/PPIs were also received. Most of the offers came from the IT & Analytics & BFSI sectors.

During the summer Internship placement drive of 2022, the participating batch received 373 internship offers. Students received an average stipend of INR 80.6 K per month which increased by 10% compared to the last year. The highest stipend stood at INR 3.30 Lakhs per month. Top 10% of the students received an average stipend of INR 2.13 Lakhs per month & top 25% received an average stipend of INR 1.6 Lakhs per month.

The batch strength increased by 27% & there was an increase in 170% in the number of female students in the batch. 

A total of 114 recruiting companies participated, including 40+ new recruiters. Some of the top recruiters included TVS, Bosch, Puma, Asian Paints, Lava and many others.
