Indian Institute of Management Rohtak popularly known as IIM Rohtak has completed its placements drive for the batch 2022 and has achieved 100% placements this year with 16.3% increase in the Average CTC which stood at INR 16.06 LPA and the Highest CTC rose to INR 32 LPA. 73% of the batch was placed in the General Management and Consulting sector. IIM Rohtak is the first IIM Complete its placement drive for the batch 2022.

The institute has released its placement report for the year 2021 wherein over a 100 recruiters participated in the placement process out of which 72+ of them represented the first-time recruiters. The Highest CTC stood at INR 22.8 LPA and the Average CTC stood at INR 13.74 LPA whereas the Median CTC stood at INR 13.5 LPA.

The institute had already released its summer internship placement report for the batch 2020-22 and the college has maintained its record of 100% placements this year also. A total of 242 students participated in the summer internship placement drive and the Highest Stipend stood at INR 2.5 Lakhs and the Average Stipend stood at INR 65.5 K.

Companies like Bain Capability Network, KPMG, Infosys Consulting, Deloitte, OfBusiness, Axtria, Mu Sigma, Capgemini, Xiaomi, GamaSec, Diaspark, Phable, Genpact, ZS Associates participated in the placement drive.

IIM Rohtak Placements 2022 Report

IIM Rohtak has completed its placements drive for the batch 2022 and 100% students were placed. Around 40 first time recruiters participated.

There was 16% increase in the average CTC which stood at INR 15.92 LPA and the highest CTC stood at INR 30 LPA. 73% of the batch was placed in the General Management and Consulting sector.

Over 100 companies participated in the placement process this year, which is a 75% increase compared to the previous year. The institute also witnessed a rise in the number of PPOs offered.

The highest placement package experienced a decline as it went down from INR. 24 LPA in 2020 to INR. 22.8 LPA in 2021. The median CTC increased by 0.5% as it went from INR. 13 LPA to INR. 13.5 LPA.

Over 50% of the batch was hired in the analytics and consulting domain followed by marketing domain with 39% placements. In finance, 10% of the eligible students were placed. 

The institute also witnessed change in the diversity of the batch. Over 70% of the batch comprised female students and 50% of the batch consisted of Non-Engineering students.

Some of the top recruiters were- Bain Capability Network, KPMG, Infosys Consulting, Deloitte, OfBusiness, Axtria, Mu Sigma, and Capgemini.

IIM Rohtak Summer Internship Placements 2022

The institute had already released its summer placement report for the 2020-22 and the college has maintained its record of 100% placements this year also. Total 242 students participated in the summer internship recruitment process.

In the summer internship placement drive, 80+ recruiters participated in which 37 brands were the first time recruiters.

During the summer internship placement drive, the highest stipend stood at INR 2.5 Lakhs while the average stipend stood at INR 65.5K.

In the summer internship placement drive of 2022, 80 recruiters participated out of which 37 were first time recruiters.

A total of 242 students participated and were offered internships and the highest stipend stood at INR 2.5 LPA and the average stipend stood at INR 65.5K.
