IIM Udaipur MBA Admissions are ongoing now. The CAT cutoff for admission to the IIM Udaipur MBA program will remain around 92 percentile this year. Candidates will be selected for final admission on the basis of Previous Academic records, CAT Score and PI Score.

IIMU offers a full-time residential MBA program for a duration of 2 Years. Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate is the desired eligibility criteria for this program. The admission process for the program comprises the CAT scores, WAT and the PI round.

IIM Udaipur MBA Selection Process 

Admission to IIM Udaipur is a three-step selection process. Firstly, interested candidates are required to appear for the CAT Examination. Qualified candidates are then required to appear for WAT-PI. 

Step 1: CAT Examination: A good CAT score is a preliminary requirement to be eligible for admission to IIMs. Candidates with a valid score will be called for the further admission rounds.

Step 2: Shortlisting for Personal Appearance (PA) say, PI-WAT: Those candidates who have secured a minimum required sectional cut off will be called for the PI-WAT rounds. 

Step 3: Preparation of Final Merit list: Final merit list is prepared by providing due weightage to the following components:

IIM Udaipur GMAT Cutoff for MBA in Global Supply Chain Management 

IIMU offers a Full-time residential program in MBA in Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM). The selection to the program is done on the basis of the GMAT/GRE scores of the students followed by a Personal interview. 

GMAT cutoff for IIM Udaipur 

During this program, candidates can opt for one entire semester at Purdue University, US or can complete both semesters at IIM Udaipur and 2 weeks at International locations. 

In order to apply for the IMU + Purdue Option: 

• The candidate must have a minimum of 10+2 years of school education and 4 years of university education with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline and for IIMU
• The applicants must possess a minimum of 10+2 years of school education and 3 years of university education with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.

IIM Udaipur MBA DEM & MBA GSCM Selection Process 

Candidates for the program will be shortlisted on the basis of a valid score in GMAT/GRE examination. The selection will be done jointly by IIM Udaipur and Purdue University. The admission process is as follows:

Step 1: After successfully filling the application form, candidates will be selected on the basis of eligibility criteria. Further, the shortlisted candidates will be called for a second round i.e Personal Interview. A provisional offer of admission will be made on the basis of a candidate’s demographic profile, academic profile, course relevant work experience (SCM), score in GMAT/GRE and personal interview.

Step 2: After the initial screening and a personal interview process at Purdue University, the applicants are made an offer of admission by Krannert School of Management.

Q. What is the CAT cutoff 2022 to secure a seat in IIM Udaipur? 

Ans. The CAT cutoff 2022 is 93% for the General category candidates to take admission in PGP at IIM Udaipur. Apart from CAT, IIM Udaipur accepts a qualified percentile obtained in GMAT too. 

Q. How much percentile is required for IIM Udaipur?

Ans. A minimum CAT score of 93% is required for getting admission to IIM Udaipur. But IIM Udaipur’s final cutoff would be ranging between 92%-94%. As the competition is high students must secure a minimum of 98% to join IIM Udaipur.

Q. What weightage does hold the PI & WAT section in IIM Udaipur? 

Ans. In the selection process of IIM Udaipur, the CAT score holds 60%, PI holds 15%, the academic profile has 9%, work profile has 9% & diversity owns 7% weightage.

Ans. If a student has got 80% in 12th then it is a promising percentile. The student’s CAT score must exceed the cutoff demanded by the institute. After being shortlisted for PI & WAT, the student should perform well in both sessions as CAT score & performance in WAT & PI matter the most.
