FMS BHU Cutoff 2021
FMS BHU offers an MBA and MBA-IB courses on the basis of the CAT entrance exam scorecard. The overall CAT Cutoff for MBA is 85 percentile to shortlist students for further GD/PI round. Also, Foreign Nationals are granted admission in MBA & MBA-IB based on GMAT and TOEFL scores.
Apart from that, admission to MBA-AB is based on common entrance conducted by BHU followed by GD/PI. Institute of Management Studies under BHU (IMS BHU) will release the FMS BHU entrance exam known as PET entrance exam form each year in the month of January and release the cutoff in the month of February. So out of 100%, 80% weightage has been given to the PEt entrance exam for securing admission in the MBA-AB course.
FMS BHU also offers a research course, i.e Ph.D. in Management. Admission to Ph.D. is done on the basis of score in Common Research Entrance Test conducted by BHU followed by an interview. Candidates can also apply through UGC-NET or JRF and can directly appear for the interview round.

FMS BHU offers a 2-year duration MBA and MBA-IB course on the basis of the CAT entrance exam scorecard. The overall CAT Cutoff for MBA is 85+ percentile for the general category and 80 percentile is the required percentile for the OBC category. Also, Foreign Nationals are granted admission in MBA & MBA-IB based on GMAT and TOEFL scores.

FMS BHU MBA and MBA-IB Selection Criteria
- Firstly, the university considers the CAT score for shortlisting students.
- Those who have a valid score in the entrance exam are called for GD and PI which will be held at the BHU campus.
- Applicants have to pay INR 1000/- at the time of GD and PI in the form of DD in favor of the Registrar, Banaras Hindu University payable at SBI, BHU.
- The final selection will be collectively done on the basis of:
- CAT Score: 50%
- GD & PI Scores: 30%
- Academic Performance: 20%
- A final list will be announced containing the names of selected candidates.
