IMT, Hyderabad is spread over a vast area of greenery and has seven water bodies for water harvesting.The institute provides hostel facilities with internet connectivity. All hostel rooms are single occupancy and well furnished.

The institute is also working on opening a new sports complex where facilities like cricket ground, tennis and badminton courts, football ground will be present for the students.
