IIIT Hyderabad offers B.Tech degrees in two specializations: Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) (EC). It is available for a period of four years. The first-year tuition for the B.Tech program is INR 3 Lakhs.

Students in the CSE specialization take computer science subjects in the early semesters and non-IT courses in the later semesters.
