Management Development Institute, Gurgaon is commonly known as MDI Gurgaon, is one of the top 10 Business schools in India. It has maintained an impeccable placement record. The institute assures a high ROI, wherein, the fee for the PGDM course (Flagship program) costs over INR. 9 LPA, and the average package bagged by its students usually ranges above INR. 20 LPA.

MDI Gurgaon maintains a good placement record over years. The institute has recently released the final report of the 2022 placement drive. According to the report, there was an increase of 12.57% in the average salary. Top 50% average salary stood at INR 32.2 LPA. The highest salary offered was INR 1.14 CPA that increased by about 159% as compared to the previous year. The median salary stood at INR 23.50 LPA.

Students received 131 pre-placement offers. 

The institute has also released the final report of 2021-23 summer internship placement drive. According to the report, the highest stipend stood at INR 4 Lakhs per month. Average stipend was INR 2.32 Lakhs per month.

MDI Gurgaon Placements 2022 Report

During MDI Gurgaon Placements 2022, 87 recruiters participated. Among them, 35 were new recruiters. Major recruiters included Microsoft, Google, HCL, Adobe etc. Recruiters came from various sectors. Among all the sectors, the Consulting sector dominated the placement drive.

The participating batch comprised 391 students. These students received 131 pre-placement offers.

The highest salary offered was INR 1.14 CPA. Top 50% students received an average salary of INR 32.2 LPA. Top 10% average salary stood at INR 46.3 LPA & top 25% average salary stood at INR 37.9 LPA. The median salary stood at INR 23.50 LPA.

During MDI Gurgaon Summer Internship Placements 2023, 85 recruiters visited the campus. Among them, 22 recruiters were new. Major recruiters included Accenture, Cisco, BYJU’s, Adani, EY, Flipkart, Google etc. 

A total of 358 students participated in the placement drive. Students received an average stipend of INR 2.32 Lakhs per month. The highest stipend stood at INR 4 Lakhs per month. The median stipend was INR 2.30 Lakhs per month.
