NIT Hamirpur offers a four-year (8-semester) B.Tech program in nine specializations. JEE Main Exam scores are used to determine admission, followed by JOSAA counseling. NIT Hamirpur B.Tech Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate must have passed his 10+2 with at least 60% aggregate marks.
- The candidate must have studied PCM from a recognized educational board.
NIT Hamirpur B.Tech Selection Criteria:
- Candidates for the B.Tech program are chosen based on their JEE Main score.
- The JoSAA counseling process is used to determine seat allocation.
How Do I Apply for the JEE Main?
Candidates who qualify for admission must take the JEE Main. The application procedure is as follows:
- For the online application form, go to the official JEE- Main Register website.
- Make a note of the application number generated by the system.
- Make a password.
- Log in again and complete the form.
- Upload scanned photographs and signatures.
- A fee of 650 INR (325 INR for reserved categories) will be charged. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, or Paytm.
- Keep a copy of the application form for future reference.
