NSIT Result and Cutoff
NSIT admits its undergraduate students on the basis of marks scored in JEE exams conducted by IITs across entire India. Students are only admitted if they score above the minimum cutoff marks that have been decided for the year by the examination authorities.
The cutoff is generally decided after the results of the examinations are announced. Cutoffs are measured in opening and closing ranks. For getting into NSIT Delhi, the candidate needs to score higher ranks.
The cutoff ranks depend on a lot of factors like the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the total number of seats, difficulty of the question paper performance of the candidates etc. The cutoff ranks differ for different categories and streams of engineering.
