PSG College of Technology was founded in 1951 and enrols more than 9000 students per year. Its courses are affiliated with Anna University and are NBA and AICTE recognized. TANCET exam results form the basis of the flagship program at PSG College of Technology. The admission exam is used to make the final MBA selection. Following the instructions for registration and paying INR 500 (for general category) or INR 250 (for reserved category), eligible students can apply for TNEA:

• Click the “Online Registration” link on the TNEA’s official website.
• Candidates must first register by setting up an OTP-verified login ID and password.
• Candidates can log in using their username and password after registering.
• Candidates must fill out personal information, academic background, etc.
• Candidates can review the details they supplied after completing the application form online.
• The application form must be submitted with the appropriate fee, and a printout must be kept for your records.

M.E. / M.Tech Admission 2022 at PSG College of Technology

Eligibility B.E./B.Tech or an equivalent degree in the relevant Engineering and Technology fields from any reputable university with a minimum cumulative grade point average.

Selection Standards

• Seats will be assigned based on the TANCA Counseling and a valid result in the GATE or TANCET admission exam.
• At the time of admission, the last-placed candidates will also be asked to provide documentation for verification.

Eligibility

Any degree in engineering, technology, commerce, computer applications, banking, business administration, science with mathematics, or a B.C.A. or B.Sc. (computer science, information technology, computer systems, computer technology, and design, or information systems) is eligible for admission to PSG College of Technology’s MCA program in 2022.

Selection Standards

Final candidate selection for MCA course admission is based on:

• results from the prior qualifying examination.

• Candidates must register through the Web portal via the online registration process.
• Both a current mobile number and email address are required.
• Submit accurate information about your identity and education.
• Select the submit/save button.
• Examine the forms and make adjustments as necessary.
• Finally, to complete an online fee payment, click the submit and save option.

Admission to the PSG College of Technology’s M.Sc. and Integrated M.Sc programs for 2022 are available. 

PSGCT provides a 2-year M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and a 5-year Integrated M.Sc. in Data Science, Cyber Security, Software Systems, and Theoretical Computer Science.

Eligibility \sM.Sc

Applied Science Mathematics with Computer Application, a B.Sc. in Mathematics, or a comparable degree from an accredited college or university

Integrated M.Sc.

Candidates must have successfully completed their 10+2 from any recognised board with Mathematics and Physics as two compulsory subjects for theoretical computer science, software systems, and data science, while the minimum requirement for fashion design and merchandising is 10+2 from a recognized board in any stream.

M.Sc. selection criteria

Merit is the last criterion for admission to the M.Sc. program, followed by counselling.

Integrated M.Sc.

Final candidate selection is based on an interview and an online test based on HSC mathematics administered by the institute.

Admission to PSG College of Technology for B.Sc. in 2022

The PSG College of Technology provides three years of full-time B.Sc. programs in two specialisations: computer systems and design and applied science.

Eligibility

The candidates must have earned a 10+2 diploma in mathematics, physics, and chemistry. The candidates’ 10+2 grades must have been between 45 and 50 percent.

Selection Standards

• Selection is based on performance on the Applied Sciences qualifying exams.
• The institute’s online examination in mathematics is used as the foundation for designing computer systems.

PSG College of Technology offers MS & Ph.D. courses in all departments.

Master’s degree in M.E/M.Tech. or M.S. (By Research) in the relevant branch of Engineering or Technology

• All applicants must take an admission exam administered by Anna University.
• The internal entrance is not required of candidates who qualify for national level entrances like GATE, UGC-NET, JRF, SET, etc.
