Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM) is situated in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The institute has maintained good placement records over the past years. The final placement drive for the 2019–21 batch is being conducted. Till now, 90 students from different courses were placed.
During the 2021 placement drive at the TSM campus, the highest salary package rose to INR 15 LPA. Students received an average package of INR 6 LPA. The BFSI sector played the dominating role by offering 43% of the total offers.
Recruiters like BluSky, Tata Consultancy Service, Walkaroo, Asian Paints, ICICI Bank, Neeyamo etc participated in the placement drive.

Students received the highest CTC of INR 15 LPA. An average CTC of INR 6 LPA was offered to the students. The highest number of placement offers were made from the BFSI sector.
