UPES Dehradun Infrastructure
The university has a campus area of 44 acres with state-of-the-art infrastructure. UPES has labs, hostels and facilities for extracurricular activities. A few of the facilities of UPES Dehradun are as follows:
Library: UPES Library has a seating capacity of 400 students and has more than 73,327 volumes of publications including books, standards, reports, proceedings and 150+ National and International journals. The institute also has a rich collection of online resources of CDs and access to specialized portals on oil and gas and power-related information.
Cafeteria: UPES has a multi-stored cafeteria with multiple cuisines. The cafeteria is located within the university campus. The university also has food courts with great ambiance and provides nutritious and balanced meals, snacks and beverages to students of both campuses.
Sports Complex: The university has a multipurpose playground for hockey, cricket, football and other sports with world-class sports facilities and equipment.
Hostel: UPES provides separate hostel facilities to boys and girls. The hostels have more than 2000 students at the Bidholi and Kandoli campuses. In addition to this, the university has a common room for students for relaxing. Apart from this, the university also provides power backup and solar power heaters facilities.

UPES Hostel For Female – Fee ₹1.57 l – ₹ 1.98 l
Fee:
- Rs.1,57,500/- Regular hostel for boys and girls at Bidholi and Kandoli campus.
However, for girl students we also have a few additional triple sharing rooms with ad-on facilities only at the Kandoli campus as indicated below:
- Rs.1,75,750/- for hostel room with attached washroom
- Rs.1,97,750/- for hostel room with attached washroom and Air conditioning
Interest free refundable Hostel Security Fee: Rs.10,000/-
