VITBS Vellore Admission Process
Students interested in joining the VIT Business School have to fulfil the requisite criteria required by the University. The candidates must have had appeared for either one of the following exams: CAT, XAT, CMAT or MAT. For applications made overseas, VITBS accepts the candidate’s GMAT score. The University also requires them to have a certain minimum score in their chosen exam.

VITBS Vellore Results and Cut-off
The shortlisting of VIT candidates is done on the basis of their profiles and applications. These are reviewed by the faculty members and executive members of the institute. The performance of the candidate in entrance exams including VITEEE, VITMEE, GMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT or the academic result and extra-curricular activities are taken into consideration.
VITBS Vellore Alumni Association
VIT Alumni Association (VITAA) aims to develop a network to bridge the gap between young VITians and successful Alumni. Members of the association maintain close contact with the institution. VITAA has an enormous network consisting of more than 4,200 people. Famous members of the association include, Ajanta Watches CEO, Rajiv Ranjan, Vice President (East), Reliance Jio Infocomm and Khabeer Ahmed who is in the Management Division of the RBI.
VITBS Vellore Scholarships
Scholarships in the VIT Business School is heavily academic result oriented. It is only a very selected number of students who get scholarships. Candidates from a financially unstable backgrounds are given special consideration. These students undergo extensive background checks before they are deemed fit to be given a scholarship.
VITBS Vellore Campus
The main VIT campus is located on the outskirts of Vellore. It is 130 km west of Chennai.
The campus is divided into two. The academic area of the university along with the women’s hostels are located in the southern section. The northern portion of the campus houses the men’s hostels along with the outdoor stadium. The different sections of the campus are connected by three subways.
The campus has its own water supply and backup electricity supply along with shopping complexes to cater to the needs of residents.
