Preparation Tips – As far as tips for preparation is concerned, all that the students need to do is to focus really heard. Those who are planning to appear for this exam need to study really hard and practice a lot.
- Since they will be only allotted a total of 3 hours for 3 subjects in whom they will have to attempt 120 questions, therefore, it is very important for them to make sure that they practised hard so that they can answer all the questions within the stipulated time period.
- Besides, there is one important aspect that they need to keep in mind, It is the fact that there will be negative marking, where for every incorrect answer 0.25 marks will be deducted. Therefore, in order to attain the qualifying marks and crack the exam, the students need to be absolutely sure of their answers and this can only be achieved through rigorous practice.
Here are a couple of preparation tips which the students might find handy
- 12th Syllabus: Both of the aspirants for B.Tech as well as Pharma, needs to be thorough with their 12th standard syllabus as 80% of the questions are based on it. Besides, they can also refer to other books which are used at the preliminary levels of B.Tech and Pharma studies.
- Previous Year’s Questions: It is absolutely important for them to practice the previous year’s question as much as possible. This will give them some ideas about the type and pattern of questions they will have to face.
It needs to mentioned once again, that for those who are opting for Mathematics, for them it is absolutely necessary to practice and gain expertise in solving the problems as quickly as possible.
