NATA 2022 Syllabus

The syllabus for NATA 2022 has been informed by the authorities. Therefore it is important that you are well aware of the study materials and chapters that are in the syllabus. NATA 2022 syllabus consists of topics and concepts from the three main subjects that we have already mentioned – Mathematics, drawing and General Aptitude. Here are the details about the syllabus.

SUBJECT SYLLABUS DETAILS
MATHEMATICS Calculus Theories, Calculus applications, Permutation/ combination, Logarithms, Matrices, Statistics, Probability, Trigonometry, Coordinate Geometry, Algebra, 3-D Co-ordinate geometry.
GENERAL APTITUDE

3D object sides visualization. Mathematical reasoning, sets and relations. Object textures that are  architecture-related & built by environment.

Analytical reasoning, general knowledge on national and international architects and the world famous architectural designs and mental ability (numerical and visual and verbal).

Pictorial compositions interpretation, visualizing 3-D objects from 2-D drawing.

DRAWING

Creating 2D/3D works using given forms and shapes. Generating plans, elevations, 3-D object views. Perspective drawing, sketching of landscape/urbanscape. Normal day-to-day life objects, i.e., furniture/equipment etc., from own memory.

Understanding the scale and the proportion of different objects, shape, geometric composition, aesthetics, texture and colour, harmony /contrast, building forms and elements. Visualization and Conceptualization through structuring objects in the memory.

Drawing of different patterns- geometrical/abstract. Form transformations in unions like 2D/3D, subtraction, surfaces and also volumes and rotation,.

So here is the syllabus for the NATA 2022 exam that will be held very soon this year. The syllabus for the exam is comparatively less than other entrance exams but it surely has some very important and diverse topics. It will always be ideal for a student to thoroughly read all the segments carefully so that their total marks do not deprecate and the aggregate mark is on the higher side.
