Hi Ritesh,

Abt the app form not reaching - I have no idea...

But better you do the following,

1. Get all your academic records attested from a Gazetted Officer

they have asked us to write abt,

1.Our careeer Goals and Plans- 100 words
2.Why you feel you are suited for management programme
3.Two situations where you have shown your innovative/creative capabilities in life

Best luck for your GD/PI process

1.It is given in the form to affix our signature....do we need to sign on a label n enclose even dat label?
2.Do we need to attest even our 10th and 10+2 mark sheets along wid our UG mark sheets?

HI,

I guess its enough if we could sign in the Column specified as Signature (@ the end of the form). For 10 th and 12 th , i guess better you get attested becoz they have mentioned as attested copies of academic records which includes both 10th and the 12th too...

I think we have to send the printout of the score card which can be taken from Indian Institutes of Management

Hi in the form they have asked for a gazetted officers seal and all...is it mandatory coz I have all the certs attested.
And 1more thing...I don't have certs for extra curriculars and academic ranks and all...Are they mandatory...Do we have to leave blank if we don't have certs for them?

Regarding the questions asked in the form I feel like i dont have anything to back up for achievements or even for the academic achievements column so is it ok to leave them blank. Will it give any bad impression on my application. I would like to know the kind of importance answering the questions will have on the selection process ..........please reply.....

I just called BIM office... The person there mentioned very clearly that attestations have to be obtained BOTH in the form (in the place mentioned) and the marksheets\certificates that are being attached.
