Althought I didnt faced problem like you but regarding my Late received form I asked at the email address provided by them([email protected]) n they replied that You can send your filled in form by 13 April or you can bring form on your Interview date as well.
Try to communicate through mail (I got reply in 1 day only)

i have also done the same mistake.
i didnt get the marksheets attested but i have posted them.
i just now called admin office and told them my mistake.
they told me to submit the attested copies on 20th in chennai gd/pi centre(ifmr) to a person called PRABHAKARAN.no worries.



is ur interview on 20th? mine is on 24th.. should i submit it on 20th or can i submit on 24th when i come for interview.

Hi,

If I am not wrong , it was mentioned in the Application Checklist that Attested marksheets have to be sent. I called them and confirmed on the same. With regards to achievement certificates, it will be enough if you could have them handy during day of your interview.....

and " attestation of academic records". which literally means only attestation is required on the form.

no my interview slot is also 24th 9.00am.but now the prob is over
i again called up and this time a lady of admin dept attended the call & she told its not going to be a problem.she just told me to bring the attested copies of marksheets on the day of interview and give it to a non-teachin faculty called PRABHAKARAN and he wil take care of it. so no worries.ATB for interview.:cheerio:

And reg e-mails from bim, no such mails wil be send by them.they wil send us a yellow color form and a letter through regular post if we have been shortlisted.

Anybody has their GD and PI on 25th in IFMR??
Also i don't think i can send my application before 13th cos i just came back to delhi and still waiting for my provisional certi frm college.
So planning to fill the app form and take it along during my interview. wat do u guys think? th e mail they sent did say it is okay! lemme know.

@rashmi: this year bangalore is not a centre
check the previous posts. you can change your dates if some problem exists.

refer to "abithetechwiz"'s post and do take copies of attested academic records with you during your interview(being on the safer side)

I don't think we have GD PI in Blore.

Hi Priya.. Even I got the nod from the BIM officials for taking the form along with me during the interview..So, I guess it's pretty fine to do that.. 😃

Is it ok to directly take the form in your interview?
But it is written in the covering letter that it is mandatory to send the form.

seniors kindly clarify.
