Today is the last day of interview right ? then may be i am expecting within one week that is any day before May 3rd

What are the weightages for CAT,GD,PI and work-ex + Acads in the final selection?
They asked abt the backlogs also, will that if present any hinder the chances?

The ladies handling the interview process told me that results will be out around 1st week of May, maximum by 2nd week of May.

They dont disclose d weightages. But we will be deducted .5 marks in our academic score for every attempt

I am not sure about that but i heard that it is around 30 seats for both Tamil nadu BC and MBC

i believe it's much more than 50. they are not disclosing the seats segregation however..... also heard that last year avg sal package was 6.5L only

hey where did u get this info from.... please give us ur source when u posting such controversial avg pay... Even in their official website they have announced it to be 8.xxxx

Ya this year average pay is 8.33L refer The HINDU educational plus(Monday) (5.04.2010 or 12.04.2010) There was an article that BIM has got 100 % placements and about the companies that came and pay package .It was pretty decent .More over it is an excellent college to study .All the faculties are well experienced in teaching also have Industrial experience....

From BIM 27 orkut community, a senior's reply:
"With regard to the reservations in various categories. Its about 50% reserved seats for Tamil Nadu OBCs and SC/STs. Out of which I think approximately 20% is reserved for MBC. The total number of seats are 120. So you can make the necessary calculations"

i guess a lot of speculation is being done by all of us... can see all of u high on hopes.... when are the results likely to come admission office says its by first week of may or max second week... do any of u know the exact dates

ya this s true ,

i know a guy who is doing mba in bim , these figures are true..........

he too got 8.xx frm a it company with finance profile..

morover bim placements r better than colleges like tapmi, kj sowmiya.:grin:...

(individual research thru my friends)

so chillax its gud among non iims.......
