is that so... then some ppl will simply hold the seat till the very end ,if they are not asked to pay that 50k..then we waitlisted ppl have to suffer - not knowing the status till the beginning of the coll. what sort of policy is this by bim ???? it's disturbing....
That's nt the case for BIM only.... It's a common thing that a sudden waiting list movement happens just before the admission.... So anything can happen.... Whatever data I hav collected , some people who wd already have lost the hope ,get the admission at the last moment for many colleges.... last time some people of KJ somaiya got final calls after the class started.... They were nt even in the waiting list....
So keep your fingure crossed.... Dont think much about these things(WL & all that)... Otherwise unnecessarily u wl remain high on anxiety.... Just chill yaar,,, & Always keep urself prepared for admission(Fees & all those things)....... All the Best...

calling the ppl not even in waiting list had happened for bim too..... but my question is,if recently converted ppl are asked to pay 50k like the previously selected candidates atleast we could see some healthy movement in the 2nd wl else we got to wait till the day the coll starts....
consider my case: if i get thru at the jul 3rd how can i join the coll on jul 5th.... how can i resign my company.... so many things involve in this.....
moreover even coll couldn't get the real picture until they ask ppl to pay 50k...... some senior should take this to admission dept at least.....

i'm worried about the fate of all waitlisters including u my friend durai........ hopefully we 3 'll convert together n rock bim :)

yeah that is how it can make an impact.but i think there wont be any clash between bim bc ppl n those attending the 2 iims....
also as durai pointed out,i believe,our waitinglist count goes from n to n-1 as the guy vinodh_ceg withdraws admission from bim
2 vijaykumar and duraibalaji sorry bro's,, i was on a vacation.. last eve i got my final semester results and i m extremely happy to inform u both that i finished off my BE successfully..yipee.... i just went through the previous posts and was touched by the way u both were expecting my presence,.. i felt really happy..happy to have u as my friends,, at present everything is going on smoothly for me.. 1.finished off my BE(i m so called engineer now) 2.my WL moved to 13 from 54.. so on a positive note i think that we all 4 including RAMYA are gonna make it to BIM and have FUN FUN FUN..i hope my intuitions wil end up positively..

1) Send an e-mail stating our willingness. 2) Send Hard Copy of our willingness letter thru post.
Point 2 is of concern to me. Where is it mentioned in the letter that we should send a hard copy?? Its only said that we should send a Telegram OR Fax OR Email. I have sent the email. That will do right? Cheers Athul
