@seniors....m a passout from delhi university n university doesn't issue anykind of transfer certificate nor in the writin they give what has been asked by bim...so what should i do...is it a compulsion for admission as i had all other certi well prepared

Checkout our offer letter (The one with the fee details). Its clearly mentioned that if our your university doesn't provide You Transfer certificate then , you are supposed to get a letter from your university/college with similar context.....

I took a day's off to approach various banks for the EDU Loan. Surprisingly, almost all bank managers have an idea about BIM, atleast to a certain extent.
The TN Govt has laid down certain conditions about issuing Edu Loans. A bank can issue loan only to the residents of the MUNICIPAL WARDS coming under its purview. Let me illustrate this better.
I'm from Thanjavur and I'm a resident of WARD no-11. CANARA Bank is the only Bank authorized to issue/process my loan. Any bank other than CANARA Bank-Indian, IOB, SBI, Corp, BOI etc.,- WILL NOT issue loan to the residents of WARD 11.
If I were to procure loan from Thanjavur, I can do so only from CANARA Bank. I can't get a loan from any other bank even if the Interest Rate is lower.
So I went to CANARA Bank and gave my details. The Senior manager, who is responsible for EDU loans, told me that my Loan can processed without any hassles. He asked me to get back to him after my admission process gets over.

My parents had visited the BIM hostel when they had gone to NIT to withdraw my admission. I heard the hostel looked like ancient historical monuments....
