hi u could talk to the admission office and get permission to submit it later...... get it from your coll and mail to ur bim address and then handover the certif.... it shouldn't be a prob i guess

You can call them and ask. definitely there is a movement and when i asked them they asked me to call on monday.

guys..i called the office..seems like they haven't updated the list of OC category yet..they told me to call again on monday..

i called the admissions office sometime back..they said that there is no movement in OC WL since 18th june..
