Hey, no documents are required for PI.....

Had interview today.

GD was an HR case study....

Good discussion......No fish market or anything like that

PI--- mostly on why I want to do HR and further grilling on same.

Guys, do not panic...... You will be able to make your points in GD.......

And PI will mostly revolve around your interest in HR....

Also read your DAF carefully...... They question on what you have written....

DAF status query:
nothing is written in the column for detail application form in the link provided for checking the status of DAF.
Does this mean that my DAF is missing or it is still in process?

I tried to contact but no one is picking the call.
Now do i need to carry DAF during interview as status of DAF receipt is not clear
Please help

had gd/pi today..

was a cool process....few tips for u puys..gd for 15 mins..PI for me went for 20 mins..usually its 15 mins for all who went bfo me....

GD is very much oriented to way u behave in addition to ur points...explicitly mentioned that -ve for wrong behaviour..

PI - dont FAF...they r really smart ppl..aft all they are heading the smartest HR talent of country..BE urself!! atb..

I dont know do they ask this question to everyone or not but they asked me in Marathi that in which language we all can speak with you?
then he added we all understand English, Hindi, Marathi which one you choose?

Though I am well comfertable with English and Hindi, I said Marathi as it is my everyday language........biggest mistake
then he said one of us will ask you in Marathi then other one in Hindi and third in English,
But, anyone of them didnt shown any interest in me further the total PI went in wrong Direction.......:w00t:
So please anyone of you, if they asked you about language, please answer English..................

in my case
i m a fresher they did ask jst few basic quesn like what is object orintd programmin etc

jst be urself....
they wud ask u if not tiss then wat....think before hand abt the answers..

carry a new filled daf with u on d day of ur interview and also speed post receipt to show dat u send d previous daf on time.

if u hv 9'o clock batch...u can expect to finish bfo 3 pm in worst cases..i was done at 1:30...process got delayed in starting by an hour..so anyhow by 3 u l be done..

gd topic was hr related case study...n do carry the courier reciept and a copy of daf that u sent...it will be adjusted..not a prob..thye are very cooperative ppl..
