All those who have gd pi calls for HR are requested to update their details in the google spread sheet. We are looking into the possibility of assigning mentors from the current batch to each of you and we need the number of people interested asap.
Please note that this is an entirely student driven initiative and the institute has no role to play in this.
Till such time as we have more concrete info, keep pouring in your queries,. Myself, daemon, astha, souvik , doc and others will be more than happy to answer them, knowing that we too faced the same uncertainties which u face today.

wat i mean to suggest is that folks who know HR stuff (+seniors :
), post one topic and a breif intro of couple of lines or something.. and then the ppl who dont know HR (read :me 
) can do some study on that topic...wud refresh the topics in the minds of former and wud insert some topics on others.. wat say ppl?

How did people come to know that 432 calls were given last year? Was it disclosed?
once u guys update the google sheet.... we will start with the formal process which we have planned.... in the mean time i would strongly suggest you guys start with the prep of your "Why HR?" question

Regarding the number of calls. the conversion ratio that TISS generally has is 8:1 more or less.... so if u have a call be very happy and start preparing... But first update the google sheet
