Hi,

Th e website says its around 6 lakh for 2 yrs, but someone on pagalguy posted it to be above 8 lak for 2 yrs.

Btw the fees is 6 lakhs only.And those of you who attended GD/PI in Goa would have got the brochures can see and confirm

if i am not mistaken uve taken feb atma right... but the gim interview process jus ended yesterday...do there is no chance ure gonna get a call... and for dec atma d cut of was in 90's ..
so better luck nxt year...
try applying at welingkars but nt sure wat their cut off for atma was last year...

Thanks... But if I can recall well, it was said in regards to the new campus.
i.e. From this batch onwards the fees might increase bcoz of the new campus & improved infra.

Is it true?

The fee (excluding hostel) comes to 5,15,000 according to this pdf located under About GIM--> AICTE
The year mentioned is 2011-2013 so the 8 lakh figure could be a rumour. Hope this clears some air of confusion.

I don't know how do you work.You can always go the institute's website and confirm things rather than believing in rumors.

Btw,as per the link http://gim.ac.in/uploads/misc/pgdmfee.pdf which is also in the post the fees is as follows :
1) If you take double room after first year total fees is Rs596000

2) If you keep on staying in Single room total fees is RS 603500.

And now please don't ask how did i arrive at this figure,you can always do the calculation.

I,personally, think that these issues should be raised once you convert the calls of colleges and trying to weigh your options considering ROI in mind.

PS: Sorry,if i sounded too harsh,but answering questions like this within tight schedule is a real pain.

Fee for the entire term (6 terms 2011-2013) : INR 515,000 (admission fee included)

Hostel (admission fee included)
Fee for Single occupancy room : INR 88,500

Fee for Double occupancy room : INR 73,500

Refindable Deposits :

Library Deposit :INR 2,000
Computer Deposit : INR 1,000
Hostel & Mess Deposit : INR 2,000

also having a new campus + better infra doesnt mean the fees would increase .
We forgot the intake has also increased to 240 students !
So ntn to worry about ! hum 5.15lc me hi padhenge !! lolz..

Coz the entire break up is given on the website..... its really funny that people would unnecessarily link up various ideas in their minds & then come up with a thought which bugs them even more INCREASED FEES

P.S. i know the feeling guys.... its called "VELLA" but then lets use this time a lil more productively, do anything but don't speculate
