He told some 5.5 lacs will be charged..
please first go to SBI, MIDC Hinjewadi branch(timings: weekdays 10.30am-4.30pm, saturday 10.30-12.30) for scholar loan application as this branch is notified by SBI for SIBM candidates. Prepare your scholar loan application file (carry all possible documents originals with xerox). For scholar loan security, guranter are not required. Your parents will be co-borrower with you. Even your father's salary limit or form 16(if you have good) is not mandetory.
Then carry your approved file to SBI, RACPC, 5th floor, swarget, pune office.
They will sanction your loan application. Request for early sanction.

I wanted to ask that do all the symbi institutes have same induction program.?
SIIB is also charging 30,000 which is not refundable.
If I convert SIBM (I really hope that this happens), Do I have to pay it again ?
Is the induction fee transferable ?
If not then why do they charge for same thing twice.?

wl-47 means u'll probably convert by april end-may start.....
SIBM-P is an independent institute....
it has no ties with other colleges under Symbiosis International University
so there is no question of any kind of funds transfer...
what we provide is synonymous to us.....

Dude why dont you report it to SIBM management.
If there is no seat scam then the manegemnt should spring in action and do all it can to prvent this from happening as this is directly spoiling their brand and bringing disgrace to the institute at no fault of theirs.
Wud i remain silent if someone carries out a crime under my name , the least i can do is report it to police etc.
As Shourya pointed out this happened last year too , so why is there no effort to curb it.
And well if they are not clean i think i just made a big mistake by depositing the fees.
We as prospective students need a clarification on this.
I dont want to come back on pagalguy next year with somebody accusing me of being in a college that sells seats through consultants even if that is incorrect.
Has anyone from Mumbai has completed the procedure of depositing fees through loan application. Can someone share, which branch they approached. Because, today I approached, the branch manager, said you will require collateral, plus your fathers salary certificate and IT returns 
, these part I am not having. I told him about scholar loan, but he didnt appear so willing to help, plus he said, it will take 45 days for getting the loan for me.
So, any help from Mumbai puys, will be wonderful.

The thing is, as I see it, admissions processes are a big process involving a large number of third party agents and agencies (say courier people) who upon gaining access to the waitlists or convert lists might just want to make a quick buck at your expense.
My advice: Stay away from these people. That way you can help yourselves and prestigious institutions like SIBM(and the unnamed others). After all, there is only so much an institution can do on its own without the support of its students and more importantly aspirants like you.

I think a part of that support is to report the incident to the SIBM management with phone numbers and any identity of the callers.
Ignoring is not a good solution.
Urge any person who receives any such calls to do the same to contribute their bit towards keeping things clean

Are u talking about SBI scholar loan, they have not mentioned the same in their ack receipt after loan app filled on line..
Which branch did u approached?
Yes, I am talking abt scholar loan of SBI, I approached SBI Vashi branch. And in the online form as well as information on the SBI website related to scholar loan ,nothing of this sort is mentioned. But, still the manager said, all that things to me and when I told him, that on net and in form, different thing is mentioned, he said, that is just for writing, practically things are different. Personally I feel, the manager was ignorant of the facts.
I guess, you filled the form online, did you receive any call from them.

I had deposited the first installment by 10:30 AM today and I had also sent the details to [email protected] but I haven't received any confirmation yet. I request you to please look into the matter as its the last day of deposition and if I have to revert back the transaction or resend it to the right account I will need time to do that.
