Can anyone please tell me what is the exact procedure to get the fee refund- whom to contact and how long will it take for the process to be completed?

Drop a mail to the very same ID where you had sent the payment details. Once you drop the mail, expect the refund within the next 15 days.

I've just got the IIM C convert and am planning to cancel my SIBM Pune seat in the next few days.
Cheers and all the best. It had been great interacting with everyone of you'll and would continue the same even though i may not be able to be a part of the Symbi Gang!!!

I am one of the new converts. :)
If i understand correctly, today is the last date of payment, so the admission letters (for those who have paid the fees) will be dispatched tomorrow. What other things will we receive tomorrow...?
In order to process the educational loan, i need the two year's expense sheet along with the admission letter. Will i be getting it soon...? If not, whom to contact for the same...?

If there is anyone who has availed the edu loan already, which one is the better choice...? n what all other docs i might need...?

There WILL NOT ANY LIST PUBLICATIONS...
however.... based on the number of empty seats....calls will be handed out via email...
so interested puyz keep checking your corr. email a/c

Pre-indcution portal will be launched on 21.04.2011. Has any one received user id's and passwords for the same.
Also stated on website is that hte pre-induction material will be dispatched on 18.04.2011. Has any one received?

With the results of the biggies out I guess they will wait for a few days to check with the cancellation requests and then call the next batch

I've converted IIM C. But am waiting for the letter from IIM to reach home before i cancel my seat. There would be a few like us who would be waiting for the letters. So just wait a few more days and you'll would see the movement. 😃

Hello.
For people who have converted SIBM and are expecting colleges who declare results late like JBIMS, is there an option to cancel after college starts? Will there be any refund if we cancel then?
