Last year it was supposed to be filled till 31dec,ask admission office.
yea...i called them, they told me to fill till the date of filling your application. did so..

Is there any paper on e-Governance/ICT4D in xlri??? I have been associated with various e-Gov projects for last 4 yrs & preparing for mba dis year....looking for such an inst where i can study ICT4D....hv found some papers in ximb & com like deloitte, nasscom recruit students for ICT4D....no idea abt xlri.

from what i have observed.. not much. Calls are given based on percentiles only and after that a lot depends on the way you perform in the interviews/gd.

Its been stated in XLRI form that we should send the photocopy of the "GRADUATION CERTIFICATE" along with the bank receipt!! :-(

hey it is written that certificate or mark sheet.
last year i had sent my latest mark sheet i.e. third year (if u are in final year)
or send final year mark sheet

I don't have much knowledge regarding this sector. I looked up the syllabus of both the courses & found the elective named Cyber Law dealing with e-governance in India. If you can elaborate on the relevant courses that you found in XIMB syllabus, I can help you better in terms of suggesting more electives

Puys I have a query..
After registering successfully I have downloaded the PP form. Just below the download button, its written:
The candidate has to enclose a copy of the XAT PP Form and send it by courier/registered post/speed post so as to reach XAT Office, XLRI, Circuit House Area (East), Jamshedpur-831001 within seven days of receiving the payment acknowledgement date.
What is this payment acknowledgement date??
On my PP form, Payment Details is dated as 1st Sept 2011.
However I did not pay on that date.I simply registered and got my ID and password on 1st Sept 2011. I paid on 9th Sept 2011 through online payment gateway.
Now I am confused and a bit worried because if they consider 1st Sept as the payment acknowledgement date, then I have already crossed that date as of today.
Tried calling the helpline but couldn't get through.. :-(
Anybody has any idea about this???
There are columns of qualification, subjects/specialization (adjacent to 10th, 12th, Graduation) in education details box in the personal details part of registration.
What am I suppose to fill in qualification? Do I need to type just "passed". Also the subjects column appears to be disabled. Please resolve my query!

I think , you must make a new ID ..
for that u have to change your E MAIL ADDRESS also ..
If thre is another way around ,puys i request you to comment.
I have taken the printout of both the XLRI and XAT registration slips. When I was filling the form there was no issue when I confirmed my details. Now when I am logging into the website again, it is showing only half the info.. i.e. nothing after associate institutes.. the associates instis are also not mentioned...
has this happened with other people too...?
or is the page showing only the details that can be shown on a single screen?

You have paid on 9sept.
So.. your 7 days start from 9 only !!
Last year I also .. downloaded the slip & then went to AXIS BANK nearly 10 days later ...Though couriered it within 7 days !!
So .. do not worry !!
