Just called them up... they are saying that associated institutes will not be displayed and also the pincode is not a matter to worry!

I am a Student of BM @ XLRI
BM gives us option to specialize in Finance/Marketing/Operations/Strategy etc.
HRM is new name for PM&IR.; This is the Famous HR course.
GM - If u are talking abt GMP, then its a one yr course for ppl with a min of 5 yr exp.
You can get General management profiles after completing BM Course as well.

Your Query is not very specific; what difference you are looking for ?

i have applied for XAT online by paying through the gateway...
the confused one that I am.. I want to change my test center now...
tried calling the helpline...no response...
is changing the center even possible?

I have a small doubt,while posting the XLRI form it says we need to send transaction receipt alongwith...I am not able to make out what they mean by that...do they want the account statement saying the transaction was done.. or we'll get some mail confirmation,whose printout we need to send along....

It means you have to show the PROOF that u have paid the XLRI Form Price ...

It could be the PAY IN SLIP .. or ONLINE TRANSACTION Proof ...

...

But I am still skeptical about this ..

i think XLRI accepts gmat score for their regular full time MBA program as well. but i could not find it on site. can someone confirm it pls.

If u have filled ur form online just send the PP form and XLRI PA form with xerox of 10th ,12 th and grads certificates.I have done the same.

GMAT is not for the full time BM and PMIR programmes. It is basically for the outside India aspirants and for their FPM and GMP programmes.

If you want to apply for regular full-time programme from India you need to take XAT. That's precisely why they ask you for your XAT id 😃

Not off topic at all, in fact quite relevant for all XAT aspirants. You will get 20 mins to write the essay. There is no word limit. However you can write on only one side of the sheet provided and only one sheet is provided, which effectively constrains the length. Do not focus on how much you should write. It is the content that will be judged by XLRI interview panel while making the final selection(initial shortlisting is done solely on the basis of XAT score but the essay is considered during final selection)

The printout of "Transaction Completed" page after you have paid the fees is required. For that, check your browser history for a page ending with "OnlinePaymentStatus.aspx". Open it, and take a printout of that.

i have already posted it 5 days ago...still no news about it...
are they not going to mail/sms us regarding recieving the application print out????
