I would like to know about whether there are any scholarship program available in XLRI and Its Eligibility Criteria.

The scholarship that you get here is merit-based. There is a rigorous process for it. You will know when you get here. For now focus on getting here :)all the best

I have heard from some of the applicants that one would get admission in XLRI if one had a high score in graduate college. So as mentioned in the eligible requirements that one should have a valid XAT score.. So will you pls put some light on valid XAT score and about score in graduate college as am little confuse..

to da best of my knowledge admission 2 xlri only requires cracking xat, ur score has to be within the lowest cut-off !!
A valid xat score means clearing da cut-off .

i don't think college grad. marks really matters .

Hi guys,

While going through the xlri prospectus i saw that i need to send xerox of Xth,XIIth & grad. certificates...........Do i need to self-attest them or get them attested by a gazetted officer????

Hi,

I know XLRI is one of the Best MBA College which provides specialization in HR ,so I would like to know about placements in HR function in XLRI. I have done mostly recruitment till now but would now like to learn about different head office HR functions like HR strategy, talent management, Employee Engagement etc.

Would the MBA in HR help me in getting knowledge about these things and also chance to interview with firms for these jobs..?

I am also applying in IMI,TISS and MDI but would like to know which is the best option for me..?

hi,
i hve a doubt regarding XLRI application...
i had taken a DD and registered online...
it was said tht the DD along wit necessary documents are to be sent in a 'special envelope' inside the prospectus...
wen'll i get the prospectus????
will i get it even if i hvn't send the DD??

also it is said DD shud reach the office within 7 days from the date DD taken!!

after logging in and filling up the personal & educational details wen i click on submit a message window pops up saying "PLEASE SELECT ANY ONE ASSOCIATE INSTITUTE".

I have already selected 4 institutes,but the message keeps coming each time i try to submit and it wudnt let me complete the rest of the registration.
Tried calling the toll free numbers -- 1800 102 1123/1800 103 1123 , after trying for few hours someone picked up but didnt care to listen to my problem and dropped the call.

i jus dont know how to complete my registration.... ppl who have already completed der registration plz be kind enuf to throw some light on dis issue...

I think it is due to the browser.....
IE has some probs... try with Chrome or Firefox

I believe it is the otherway around. There is a java script that works properly only in IE. So you have to use IE to register.

I initially tried with Firefox and failed. So had to revert to IE.

Hey Puys, while filling xat form i chose panaji branch for payment, but while filling xlri form, i forgot to choose bank branch. So, by default hyderabad branch got selected. Hence the branch displayed on xlri pay in slip is hyderabad. I noticed this only after doing payment at panaji branch. Even the cashier at panaji didnt notice.

Now, is there going to be a problem on branch name even though i made payment?? Also, which branch name should i enter on written form in the bulletin?

Pls reply fast, tell me what to do....

just try from another PC, i was also getting the same prob. when i registered myself from college.... bt from home,there was no issue like that

dude i don't think registration is still open ( to the best of my knowledge ), u posted on 1st oct ; registration was supposed 2 close on 30th ( as per the 1st notice ) !!
i don't know if dey have extended da date, so 1st see if the registration is still open !! :|

Registrations for XAT and XLRI are open till 30th nov.. kindly verify and then post any information.. it can create unnecessary panic!!

try shifting ur explorer !!
maybe try IE 8 !!

how can one confirm whether the XAT form has been recieved by XLRI or not i mean what kinda acknowledgement is being sent by XLRI?..are they going to dispatch any prospectus ?

During our payment at Axis Bank they have given a prospectus for XAT right....?The earlier XAT site had features to display form, payment status and all....the new one doesnt seem to have the features, do hope the adcom ppl atleast mail for those who have applied.......
Also while selecting institutes, faced the problem in IE 6, somehow it worked in Chrome after a few tries........

XLRI do not give any notification...

YOu can track ur courier via docket no.
