hi, i hve a doubt regarding XLRI application... i had taken a DD and registered online... it was said tht the DD along wit necessary documents are to be sent in a 'special envelope' inside the prospectus... wen'll i get the prospectus???? will i get it even if i hvn't send the DD??
also it is said DD shud reach the office within 7 days from the date DD taken!!

special envelope is available once u have the prospectus.it is inside the prospectus, unless u have dispatched the DD it is not possible to receive the prospectus !! once they have the DD they will be sending u da prospectus !!
And if u have crossed the time limit, no need to worry call the helpline no. and debrief them (they'll probably ask u to send the DD as soon as possible).
puys, how can one confirm whether the XAT form has been recieved by XLRI or not i mean what kinda acknowledgement is being sent by XLRI?..are they going to dispatch any prospectus ?
XLRI do not give any notification...
YOu can track ur courier via docket no.
according to post # 651, they r going to upload a link that is probably going 2 verify our application status, from the 2nd week of November !!

Please read through / search this thread for your queries before posting. It might have already been answered.
Selecting associate institutes has not been working for people with IE 6 or below. Some people have faced a similar problem with Firefox. So IE 7 or above and Chrome might be better options.
Once you select the institutes and come back to the main page with all your details, the selected institutes should be displayed. In case they are not the selection has not registered on the form.
Hey puys, kind of a dumb question, but while entering educational details, there is a column for qualifications. What are we supposed to enter in that column?
as the title itself suggests u gotta enter ur educational details, as in like 10th ,12th, grad, etc., but in da way ur board pronounces them !!
as 4 our board (C.B.S.E) we call 10th AISSE & 12th AISSCE !!
da same is applicable for ur graduation degree too !!
do check ur mark-sheets for da exact name, and if ur 4m C.B.S.E do verify what i've written !!

I have done probably the 'stupidest' thing in my life :banghead:
While registering for XAT, in the work experience column I meant to enter .5 years (coz i have 6 months of work experience) and by mistake 5 got entered. This means 5 years !!!! And I saw my mistake only after I had done with my reg and printed my form
NOW what do I do???? I can't edit the form :( Should I buy a new form from Axis (I mean start over, and go through the entire procedure again)? Will that help?

I think , you must buy a new form now.
But , you should talk to them once & explain your situation. May be they can resolve it,

I had registered for XLRI long back..but made the payment just last week (on Oct 1st, 2010). But my XLRI PA form dates the transaction on 02-Sep-2010 :shocked::shocked: .. And I am supposed to send the form within 7 days of payment right?? WTH :wow::wow:
Should I call them up before sending the form or shall I go ahead and send it??
hi all, i just called up xlri helpline.. they have said confirmation of payment will start from 10th of oct ..we will have to login to their website and check the status.
