Can any1 tell me what were the options given under Interview City. Because we need to fill it in the detachable form. Can we see anywhere as to wat option did we select? Was Bangalore present in the list of interview centres?

Last year few question were said to be picked from this book. However, if you refer to last year's XAT thread thread, there was a lot discussion on these questions and different people had different logics. And one can't say with surity if XAT had the same logic as the book has. So, there will be a lot of ambiguity in such questions.
However, if you have to go by the book, one tip - discuss them on forums/with friends, so that you can understand different logics that go in deciding what is correct. Last year's XAT thread might give some cues.
I registered for XAT 2011 online and just returned home after sending the pp form through speed post.
Now, how do I apply to XLRI?. Visited the website but the link that says "current programmes/admissions" is not opening.

I've registered for XAT & XLRI through online mode , a week back but didn't send the form & docs. by pot yet. In the XLRI form submission , at bottom , it is mentioned that the form & docs. should receive within 1 week of transaction ( i just happen to read it today ) . So now since i'm already late , is my appln. going to be nullified or something ?

I have another query which is a little different and I didnt come across anyone else with a similar issue anywhere in this thread. So here goes.
I completed engineering this year but I had a KT in sem 7 which I passed in reval. The reval results were out before the KT exam so I did not appear for the KT exam.
Now, Mumbai uni has withheld my 7th and 8th sem marksheets (a normal procedure for everyone who didnt appear for the KT exam knowing that they have passed in reval). I have approached the uni several times to get my 7th and 8th sem marksheets but they dont seem to be in any hurry and it doesnt seem likely that I will get those two marksheets before the deadline for XLRI admission.
So the only choice I seem to be left with is sending marksheets upto sem 6, which is also acceptable, since final year students can also apply, but then wont that make it look like I lost a year in engineering? cause while filling academic details, I have to mention that I started engineering in 2006.
I hope this wont affect my chances of getting a call in case I clear the cut offs in XAT. Any views on this please?

In the XAT registration, What should be the "from" and "to" for the 10th and 12th columns? I finished my tenth in 2002. So should it be 2001 to 2002 or should it be the whole duration of my schooling? Because in Graduation im putting the duration as from 2004 to 2008(the whole duration of my college). I graduated in 2008.
Someone please clarify this for me.

In the bulletin, the respective envelops for XAT form and XLRI are given so yes you to courier them separately.
And with XLRI form, attach the 10th, 12th and Graduation's Certificates.

I think Critical Reasoning and Business Judgement, Decision making should be the focus for XAT.

Jitna i know, XLRI is not sending any mails to confirm the application status or to tell that they have received the XAT/XLRI form.
To check your application status, go to XAT / XLRI Online Registration and go to application status, log in with your XAT Id and check 😃

1. When can I check & confirm my photo and signature before admit card is generated?
Candidate photo forms shall be uploaded on first come first served basis until December 5th 2010. Candidates have to check their photo and signature as and when they receive the message and confirm by 15th December 2010.

I don't think that will a problem.
but still if you want to be sure then call the XAT help line and re-check with them.
