While filling out the online form, I chose 'General Management Program' along with the BM and HRM programs by mistake. The General Management program is only for those with 5 years work-ex.
Will this cause any problems? I can't see any way to correct it.
Moreover, in the XLRI form given in the prospectus, they've asked to fill out the form 'exactly' as in the online version. This means that I'll have to select GM program in this form too.
Can someone please clarify what to do in this case?

Log on to the XAT website.
Enter your ID & Password .. & it will show your status .
i have sent the filled in application form obtained from the axis bank...but not within 7 days of buying the application and when i check my application status it says pp form recieved and admit card release date as 19th december but my photo and signature aren't uploaded yet so..has my application has been accepted or do i need to reapply?

I don't think you would be able to change your centre once you sent the application.
Stil try your luck.
Mail them, and see If they can do the needful .

I have to stupid question , due to a low space problem XLRI PDFs are not opening in my machine though I could register for XAT could not download the PDF so i could not see one thing (though quite immaterail at this stage ) what is the fees for XLRI BM and PMIR programs for 2 years?

1.Plz suggest some books for practicing Quants.. Also, I'm not very good at it, so plz suggest the topics which are imp.
2.I'm already referring to the logic and DI books of T.I.M.E... is that enough?
3.This might sound stupid, but the decision making part of the paper comes under VA rt?.. I mean where do I practice that part from?
4. Also, I know that you cannot tell for sure the number of questions to be answered for clearing XAT, but an approximate figure would be helpful.. both-section wise and overall.I mean I'll be solving past years' XAT papers, but I have no idea about the no. of questions that should be ideally attempted.
Please ans these questions as soon as possible!!

i will able to answer some of questions as i gave exam last year....last year i attempted 54 questions out of 101(or is it 104) and got a score varying from 29 to 32 acc to different coaching centre key sheetsthis gave me a percentile of 98.46 and cut off is 98.03..........this year it may change ,just keep these nos as reference.............................Decession making questions come as part of LR and not VA and there is no paricular source for that ...........but some of seniors suggested"101 ethical dilemas" bookany how old XAT papers is the best source for them and be ethically correct while answering them...................................for quants,what i observed is they give imp for probability,geometry more compared to other topics(so have some stress on those topics)..............All the best
