i have been shortlisted by IIM Kashipur but not by IIM Lucknow. why is it so when both these iims have exactly same eligibility criteria ?
Moreover, IIM Lucknow has more no. of seats than IIM Kashipur.
10th: 82
12th: 80.78
Graduation Marks: 73.8
Graduation Stream: Computer science engineer
Work Ex Details: 30 months till December 2011
CAT Percentile(Overall with break-up scores): OA-97.21, QA-98.38, VA-86.85
What are my chances?

Criteria is same but they are shortlisted according to the merit and
do post your CAT score and your acads...

The shortlisting criteria mentioned are the minimum requirement.. But cutoff can be much higher then the shortlisting criteria. Which might be the case u were not able to get the call.

Wrk Exp - 4 years in IT.

That is just the qualifying criteria for all...
Its not mandatory that everyone gets the call whoever qualifies the criteria...
It'll be like first all the people are shortlisted who qualifies that criteria & out of that shortlisted again students are shortlisted based on their merit...
Its like what IIM Kozikhode is doing in 2 stages n other new IIM's are doing it intially itself...

If you perform well in GDPI & WAT then you will have fair chances to convert provided you have good acads...
and Graduation percentage is the aggregate of all years ; since you have work ex. its an add on for u...
