So I am leaving SIBM P...

It was/is one of my dream colleges.I am surely going to miss Lush Lavale hills,seniors & fellows with whom I spent enough quality time on FB.

Thank you very much to Shourya,Ankit,Prateek Batra,shweta singh,Upasna & many others for helping throughout this process.

I must say SIBM P's procedure for GDPI was far better than other colleges like IIMs n IITs , NMIMS etc.

Am extremely sorry but am not familiar with sc category movements...
I definitely think there is a chance and a pretty good one at that....
Just wait till mid may as we will see quite fair amounts of movement in ALL categories by then...
Keep your fingers crossed and hopes up high...

thanks shourya sir,,,but will it take time time till mid may kya?i mean should i wait till mid may as the new iims and fms are still to be out...

Well practically speaking... the next list should come in the end of the 1st week of may...
suppose there is movement in the SC category.... it might or might not go upto 6...
but the one after that definitely promises to have your no. in it with all major results out and people withdrawing admissions...
So yeah.... mid may seems to be a decent prediction...

Btw whats the problem with waiting.... am sure it has been a long and hard road for the last 2.5 months.... couple of more weeks wont hurt...
Stay positive.... am sure it will happen for you...

P.S. Please do not call me sir... am too young to be a "sir"

I have a query and I've been trying to call SIBM admissions office since morning, but to no avail. I am currently waitlisted, but if I convert, will I need to furnish the relieving letter from my employer? My company has a 'study leave' policy which I can avail. Moreover it won't be necessary for me to rejoin the company after the leave period is over. But if I opt for study leave, I won't get relieving letter from the company. Some colleges don't allow you to appear for placement interviews if you don't submit the relieving letter. Does SIBM have a similar policy?

Yes before you join SIBM Pune, you need to obtain a NOC from your previous employer. So essentially you have to resign from your organisation to be eligible for placements at SIBM Pune.

Hi

I paid the first instalment of the fees yesterday morning and sent the required details to [email protected]. But I still haven't got a response. Any time frame within which to expect one?

And secondly, my membership to the group OnBoarD SIBM Pune 2012-14 is not getting approved. I sent a message to all the administrators but haven't received any response. Is there anything else I must do?
