The only issue is that my grad scores are not really good. do you consider such applications and look at other aspects like my gmat score and prof exp or just reject my application coz of my acads???

I am going to apply to ISB in the coming admission cycle starting Sep'2015. I wrote GMAT last year and got a score of 740 (Q49, V41, IR8 and AWA 5). As of today I have 11.5 years of experience in a product based IT company and I am working as a Principal Software Engineer. My post-MBA goal is to get into product management.
I would like to get advice from all the gurus on how and what shall I prepare, starting today, so that my chances of getting admitted in ISB will improve.

Minimum of 2 years experience is required while applying for ISB or while joining ISB? Will the early entry option be applicable for 2013 graduate batch?
Hi, I did engineering and masters in ECE but I wanted to shift my field out of passion. So i returned to India and started n in B2B sales n marketing in india. academics. Hey Guys !! I am BTech from NIT ( 7.9 GPA), 12(93%), 10th(90%). i have been working in a MNC OEM since the Jul'13. I am planning to get into ISB next year, that would make it 4 yrs of woek ex while joining. What GMAT scores should I target to get into ISB ?? Any leads would help.P.s. Is work experience certificate mandatory to be submitted at the time of admission and interview? I may not have the certificate due to the terms of bond.

I applied to the YLP programme in my pre-final year and did not make it through possibly because of a low GMAT score. I plan to apply again this year as a final year student. Does it affect your application in any way? What are some things re-applicants need to keep in mind while applying?
