We had quite an active forum for EEO discussions by applicants from earlier this year. I would like to keep this healthy and immensely helpful discussion going on for current EEO applicants, being one myself. So if you have any information, questions or views you want to share about your EEO application for this year, feel free to do so in the following page.
Sir, I am about to submit my application for ISB, Hyd. But while filling in the application there are two problems I am facing. Firstly in the section where I have to fill in details about my parents, what should I fill if I do not have parents? And secondly I do not have an IR score since I took my GMAT more than 3 years back, so what should I fill in? TIA

Dear AM Kannan, I wish to pursue an MBA in ISB 2-3 years down the lane. I am working for an American Pharma company in Chennai as an Engineer. I worked for the same American Pharma company in US full time for 3 years. I have a Masters Degree from USA in BioEngineering and an undergrad degree from India. Main area I am looking into is healthcare consultancy (or) Operations Strategy in healthcare sector. What is your strong advice to me about ISB? What are my admission chances? Do I need only GMAT?
Dear Sir, I have 9 years of IT experience. By the time I will enter a B school it would be close to 10. I would like to know if ISB would be a good fit for me at this level of experience? Will it really help my career profile?
I will complete 3 years of work experience with 2 years as a Program Manager for Operations. Have approx 79% in my Btech, 88.6% in 12th and 92% in 10th.
Please suggest what scores should I target for ISB Hyderabad??
Also please let me know as to when is the last that I need to submit my application in order to start(if I get through) for the class of 2015??
I completed my B.tech in the year 2009. Since 2007 i have been associated with an MLM organization and it has been 7 years since i have been involved with the process of selling and training. I also did my own business from 2009 to 2012. Not so fruitful though
Now since 2013 i am pursuing PGDM in a local college where i am not satisfied and want to study at ISB and am preparing for GMAT extensively to gain knowledge from the best in the field of education.
Hence i have work experience but on variety of field without particularly joining any corporate. What potential does my profile posses for getting selected at ISB, provided i score good in GMAT?
I am from Kerala. I started working in 2008. I am planning to take GMAT and I hope to join a top B-school in India for the Executive MBA programme.
I have two questions :
1) The first is regarding work experience and as to how it will be calculated in my case.
I plan to join in the 2016 batch. The interview will be during NOVEMBER 2015(assuming that the B-school is ISB).
I started working in Dec 2008. So as on Nov 2015 my work experience should have been 7 years. But I have taken breaks in my career, one which lasted 7 months and the other which lasted 5 months. So my actual work experience is only 6 years. I was working part time during these breaks.
So will my work experience be considered as 6 years or 7 years ?
2) I also read that it becomes difficult to get placed if your work experience is above 5 years as that is the range that most companies prefer. Again consider that the school is ISB. Is there any truth in it.
Is it necessary to furnish score when applying. I am writing gmat in December and the dead line for applying is 30th nov? Can i apply without the score and provide it later?
I have 2 startups as Cofounder and several interviews covered of me

Kindly advise me if I have any realistic chance of getting called for interview at ISB based on my profile. What should be my target GMAT score ? What are the things I should work on to improve the diversity of my profile.
