Sir, will the interview calls be on rollover basis, i.e., will it depend on the date of submission of application or all the applications will be treated at par after Nov 30 & applicants will be called for interview?????
For both R1 and R2, interview calls will start approx one week after the application deadline. Applications that are completed and submitted early will be evaluated and likely shortlisted earlier than those that are completed in the final minute of the deadline.

Mr. Kannan

I have checked the ISB website time and again and 'connect with a student' initiative stays withdrawn till date.May we know by what period of time would the facility would be opened for the current batch or is there any other medium to contact a current student??

please tell me what is this unofficial GMAT score and what institutes provide it.

It's the score you get at the center immediately after you finish your GMAT. It has your VA/QA/Total scores but not the AWA and IR scores. These last two scores reach you a couple of weeks later in the official scorecard. However the unofficial score is good enough to start applying.

Please drop a line to [email protected] and we shall try to arrange for you to discuss with a student.

Thank you for the response.

Hello Sir,

Are we required to upload all documents at one go ? I tried uploading few and tried some later but then I couldn't find the docs I uploaded earlier .. Am I missing anything ?
@ISB.Admissions
Dear Sir,

Greetings. I was going through the checklist for the online application and noticed that we are required to upload a pdf scan of the last drawn salary slip. However, when i transitioned from India to US (a year back), I misplaced my recent salary slips ( for last eight months ). Could you please suggest how do I suffice the required information?

Regards
Vineeta

You can email us at *******@isb.edu we would need to understand your particular use-case scenario to address the query.

You can provide us with scan of your offer letter, contract or your latest tax returns if you cannot find the salary slips.

Dear Sir

One of my recommenders was representative(team member) of the QA deptt during my projects, he is now QA head( group level), so should i write "senior colleague" in " relationship with the applicant" ?
@ISB.Admissions Dear Sir, how are we suppose to calculate the duration of the work-ex (from work start date to March 2013?)? Clarification on this question will be appreciated. Thanks.

Till 31 March 2013. We look at your total workex until the day you may join the class of 2013.

Hello Sir, I have couple of questions;

1. Do I need to mention my CA articleship experience as it won't count as workex and is obviously understood. Would it add any value if I have done it from a large firm , say a Big 4?

2. My Gmat scorecard has been sent to ISB some 20 days back according to mba.com. Is there a way I can get it confirmed from ISB on the receipt of the scorecard? Do I need to write to pgpadmissions?

Thanks for all the help that you are doing on the forum. Really Appreciated.

Dear Mr Kannan,
I have following queries on the 'Awards & Activities' section of PGP online application:
a. Can an 'Outstanding' annual appraisal rating be mentioned an award?
b. Can an 'out of turn promotion' be mentioned as an award.
Thanks for your inputs,
Rahul

Dear Sir,

First of all, thank you so much for your kind help on this thread.

I was not aware that one has to enter the work experience until March 31, 2013 and I actually calculated my work experience until today, while creating my account on the application portal. Is there a way this can be reverted? or should I just create another account with a different email ID?
@ISB.Admissions Sir...I have asked them but have got no reply..

yes sir i can apply in 3rd year as i have just entered in third year...but the problem is with degree....I will get it by the end of 5th year..is that okay ????

Your workex, internships, articleship add value when you can demonstrate the learnings & takeaways. A big-4 firm articleship by itself does not meet the above criterion unless you can point us to your takeaways & reflection from that workex.
Once you 'Submit' your completed application, the status of your GMAT score availability shall be confirmed immediately. It is unusual for ISB not to receive your scores if GMAC has sent us the scores, so you should not worry on this aspect.
