@mayurdhingra Bro i have uploaded the photo, signature and LTI , but now that i am printing it ... The photo, signature and the LTI are all very hazy ... I have printed two to three times but still the same problem ....
I have emailed the support fms department , but all they have to say is " After the payment of fees we don't entertain any changes "
What shall i do now ?
i had send acknowledgment form 2 weeks later but now no response from fms delhi to intimated form accepted ..can anyone in this thread got the confirmation mail regarding the acknowledgement form intimation ....????? plz help me out ,,,anyone from fms helped me out ......

The FMS website only says "after online registration, along with supporting documents to FMS Office on or before 21st October 2012." .. Help me out here puys please ..

You have to mention it in 150 words in the acknowledgement ...
I have copied this from the acknowledgement : "Discuss your career goals ( stating in about 150 words) as to how being at Faculty of Management Studies can help you achieve your goals?"

Unlike XLRI, FMS hasn't asked for any such enclosures! FMS could have sounded more transparent had it asked for enclosures by additionally mentioning "If required"!
As far as my understanding goes, it asks only for the acknowledgement!
@saurabhbhuwania - yeh work ex kab tak ka bharna hai??? and is it necessary to upload the photo,sign and LTI ... i mean can i do these as and when i take out the print out??
I think we should enclose a photograph too... shouldnt we?
