Uploading is not mandatory..we can take the print and then put photo,sign and angootha thereon! i have done the same
@saurabh9gupta November will be safe,i guess. And for shortlisting for GD PI,its not a criterion and if shortlisted, they will surely discuss your work ex! You will have plenty of opportunities to tell them about these 4 months!! (Dec-Mar)

In the form they have asked for work experience twice....
Firstly, they have asked 'Are u a working executive'? and secondly they have asked 'Do u have full time work experience?'. Do v need to fill both?

I made the mistake of uploading my picture. I had cropped the pic but unfortunately it is the same pic with my friend. I have paid the money online. Is there anything I can do now..??

Even in my case i am getting current organization blank.........that's because i wrote no in working executive........i called the FMS office ...they said i can send the form as it is......it will not cause a problem

@nishantk91 try to talk to them over phone .. they replied to one of my query.. also fill obc nc category in form and if u can produce it at time for pi it i think it should be ok for them
@nishantk91 --bhai they will need your certificate for cross verifying when u will be called for interview.not before that AFAIK.
