Hi... i filled up the form and made the payment. While taking the print out of the form, my current organization field is blank although i filled up the detail. What should i do? Someone pls help me on this issue
In the final Application Acknowledgment form its written "FMS 2012" .. instead of 2013 . Any one who has also faced this please reply .

If u've uploaded ur pic then u should print in colour otherwise why would they ask for colour photo to paste there? If u have decided not to upload & paste later then u can print in B/W. If u have any doubt then contact admin office.

People who are worried about whether to get a b/w printout or a color one, don't be!
You can take a b/w printout. Your photo and other attachments are already saved in FMS database, so no worries. Just send the printed ack form, if you have made payment online and uploaded the 3 jpeg files (photo, sign, lti)
