Is FMS sending any acknowledgement mail on receiving our application form?Can we check the status of our application form?
Most probably I assume that my form has reached FMS on 7th and I have not received any acknowledgement yet. So, can anyone throw some light here??

@JD026 Only printed acknowledgement form to be sent ? Or do we need to send marklist ,worklist certificates etc. ?

I wrongly filled my work exp in the form (jumbled up years and months)..i have already made the payment and received the acknowledgement form...will i be able to change it now?
There are two options :
1. Are you a working executive
2. You have full-time experience.
Should we check on both of these options.

Dont check the working executive option..
Check the full time experience and enter ur work ex details

actually i have taken the p/o of the acknowledgement form..by checkin in both areas..
So shud i now contact the admissions team or i can send it across...any idea??

Wud be better if u contact the admission office..Because the executive 1 was 4 different program.
