yes, if u belong to the GEN category, or else u also need to send the caste certificate.

Wont matter much if the name of the Org is not reflecting. This is bcoz u have not checked the "Are you a working executive?" radio button..

@JD026 I thought that this option is for the MBA-Executive prog. and not for MBA-Full Time.
should I fill the form again and select this option as 'Yes' ?

@pguyusername Dont think it will be necessary . As ur details are stored in their database, right..just that it is not reflected in the ack form.. if u r skeptical, u can always ask the admissions guys at 01127666382/3/4

I called the admission helpline and they said that there is no need to fill the form again. We can write the organization's name over the blank space.

Y take risk when its possible to confirm the same..Just call up the office and inquire them as what needs to b done.:-)

I guess v shud send the form..because I have sent 2-3 mails and called them many times (but no response)

Also, as you said all the details are correct in the acknowledge form with the course mentioned as Full time...so guess shudnt hv any issues

Guys. i wrote my address slightly incorrectly, the city name is missing. Is there a way to edit the online form? any adivice?

The organisation name would reflect if the 'Are you a Working Executive ?' option had been chosen.. As it does in mine.. Any issue with that [Applied for Full-Time MBA and not for Exceutive Programme] ?

@Preeti_L dont think it wud. I have done that. If it had been that big a deal, then after selecting the course, this field would have been automatically removed from the application. 😃
and, i dont think anyone will reject the application based on that :)

Last date for online application is 14th December.
But last date for the receipt of ACK form at the FMS office is 21 Dec 2012.
